iLight Proposal

The iLight Proposal was part of my Assignment 1 where my class do concepts and ideas to be proposed to iLight. This was a great chance to experience doing a real proposal for our ideas to be brought to life, what was required and how to do proposals in the future.

My iLight idea is called "Lidio", a mix of the words "light" and "audio". I feel music and lights harmonize together very well, to give the audience a great experience. There'll be a table where users can play music with other people with lights that compliments the sounds played.

Below shown is the table modeled in Maya, a 3D software.

Below shows a possible user's interaction how a user might stumble upon the table and how it'll affect the users emotion, think, etc..

Below shows a user journey map, showing all the possible actions users would do on the table and how different users might use the table differently.

A competitive analysis has been done to understand and learn how past exhibits are presented and how the audience interact with it. This would help me to design my idea to cater for the audience and give my idea an overall great experience.
